A proptech product needed live property data from three portals — as a single API, not three schemas.
The client's product needed live property data from multiple US listing portals — but LoopNet, Redfin and Apartments each structure listings differently, and a product can't consume three incompatible schemas. They needed the data not as files to process, but as something their application could query directly and in real time.
We built collection of listings, pricing, location and property attributes from LoopNet, Redfin and Apartments, then normalized all three into one schema and delivered it as an API the client's product could call directly. Instead of shipping static exports, we gave them a queryable endpoint that returns consistent, structured property data regardless of which portal it originated from.
Data is delivered as an API: the client's product queries a single endpoint and receives normalized property records drawn from all three portals. This turned three fragmented sources into one dependable data layer their engineers could build on — the kind of delivery our scraping API service is built for.
The client's product could offer multi-portal property data through a single integration, without their team wrestling three schemas into shape. What would have been an ongoing data-engineering burden became a single API call — letting them focus on their product rather than on collection and normalization.
They didn't want files — they wanted an endpoint. Normalizing three portals into one API is what let their product treat property data as a solved problem.
We normalize multiple sources into one schema and deliver it as a queryable API your product can build on.
